cute staff multiple entrances

The staff was cute and available. the hotel is well located. Everything is within walking distance. the breakfast had plenty of choices. there were multiple door entrances for the hotel.

i found the hotel had very little storage for clothes apart from a hanging rail.

impolite staff better alternatives

The mini fridge included everything and was restocked daily without charge.

Upon arrival, the reception staff seemed impolite (I expect a warmer welcome). We did not receive helpful information. The facilities matched the rating of the hotel. I have experienced better service at other nearby four-star hotels, so I would explore alternative options next time.

good breakfast comfortable bed low attention lacking minibar

the breakfast was good with many options for coffee and tea. the bed in my room was so comfortable, and i really did not hear noise from outside at all.

the hotel lack attention to detail. i only got turn down service once in 4 nights, a little disappointing. the minibar and water were only restocked once out of 4 nights.

subpar cleaning laminate floors

The minibar was stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks daily.

I was frustrated! The cleaning was subpar. My room wasn't cleaned one day for no reason! This resulted in quite a bit of dust, especially since they have laminate floors. It's really not good because I have asthma!
